This tournament series is reserved for players of the following EPBF-countries :

Bulgaria, Byelorussia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Yugoslavia

In 2002 one more tournament of this series will be held :

Polish Open 4.-6.10.2002.

Each tournament is limited to 128 players. At each tournament players can get the following points : 1-st place 100 pts., 2-nd place 90, 3-rd place 75, 4-th place 70, 5-th place 65, 9-th place 55, 17-th place 45, 33-th place 35, 49-th place 25, 65.-th place – 15
